Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, often abbreviated OFWGKTA or Odd Future, are an alternative hip hop collective from Los Angeles, California. The group is led by rapper/producer Tyler the Creator, and also includes rappers Hodgy Beats, Earl Sweatshirt, Domo Genesis, Mike G, singer Frank Ocean, producers Left Brain, Syd tha Kyd (who is also the group's engineer) and Matt Martians and other non-musical members.
As of February 2011, their ages range from 17 to 23 years old.[1] There are three groups inside the collective: MellowHype, The Jet Age of Tomorrow and EarlWolf. MellowHype consists of rapper Hodgy Beats and producer Left Brain, The Jet Age of Tomorrow consists of producers Matt Martians and Hal Williams of the Super 3 and EarlWolf consists of Tyler the Creator and Earl Sweatshirt.

Odd Future has released four mixtapes and eight studio albums, all available for free on their website. MellowHype is currently signed with Fat Possum records and are set to re-release their album BlackenedWhite. Tyler also signed a one album deal with XL Recordings. Goblin is set to release May 10, 2011. They have garnered a cult following, and have been getting press from blogs as well as magazines.[1] Though often labeled as horrorcore, the group has universally dismissed it on Twitter,[2] in interviews,[3] and on tracks such as "Sandwitches". In April 2011, the group signed a deal with Sony's RED to start their own label, Odd Future Records.[4]
Much of their music is recorded in a room in Syd tha Kyd's and Taco's house, known as the "wolf lair," which is located in the Crenshaw neighborhood in Los Angeles.[5}
